Twenty-six years in commercial real estate. Eighteen states. Forty-two projects out of the ground.
Ryan Manteuffel has spent twenty-six years taking commercial real estate from raw ground to a finished, income-producing asset. He has closed transactions in eighteen states, delivered forty-two projects, and carried national tenants into markets where they had no prior footprint.
The work spans single-tenant build-to-suit delivered on a tenant's schedule, multi-pad land development and disposition, select-service hospitality, multifamily, and net-leased assets, some sold and some held. It has included rollout programs in which every site cleared a different municipality and still opened to the same standard on the same date.
That discipline now extends to capital. Rent is contracted before ground is broken, entitlement is carried through to completion, and the team delivering the work has done it together before. VONMONT's focus is the acquisition and operation of retail assets alongside institutional partners.
Before founding VONMONT, he built and ran an Arizona-based development team, and with it assembled the tenant relationships, consultants and builders the firm relies on today. VONMONT is a new entity. The practice behind it is not.
Ryan holds a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and lives in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with his wife and three children.
A bench, not
a payroll.
Construction management, civil engineering, architecture and general contracting relationships maintained by region and carried from project to project. That structure is what lets a small firm run a multi-state program without the overhead of one.
